To exploit the trust of our valuable customers, some fraudsters will start misusing Secure Bima name to mislead customers. The content of the fraudulent messages/calls/websites by these individuals or agencies may include references to - cashbacks, discounts, payment via UPI handles or using the name of insurance companies along with Secure Bima. These messages are designed to closely resemble or copy/incorporate Secure Bima’s official or similar name, email ids, website links, logos, identity and brand colors.

How can fraudsters may get in touch with you?

1. Fake websites

These websites may look like our website and may have a very similar URL to ours. Double check the website URL to make sure that you are buying from securebima.com

2. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and/or other social messaging platforms Fraudsters may try to send you messages over these familiar messaging platforms claiming to be from Secure Bima

3. Fake Emails

Fraudsters may send you fake emails to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details or send you fake emails pretending to sell you products on behalf of Secure bima.

Please note that all the emails you receive from Secure Bima have the format 'securebima.com' DO NOT respond to mails from any other email ID. Fake email ID's may look something like support@securebima.online

4. Fake calls or SMS to customers

Sometimes, customers may receive calls or SMS from unknown numbers. They may ask you to reveal secret and sensitive personal financial information or access credentials such as your bank account numbers, electronic wallet details, credit/debit card information, CVV, PIN or OTP.

5. UPI Handles

Fraudsters claiming to be from Secure Bima may send you their UPI handles to ask for payment. These UPI handles may have the name of our brand in them. Secure Bima DOES NOT ask you for payments via UPI handles
